My name is Colleen and I am a 30 something young lady living your typical mid-western life in Kansas City. I am married to the love of my life and have the most beautiful little girls in the world. Our little girls have changed my life for the better and I am so excited for the little (and big) adventures to come with the role of motherhood. I am a full-time mother, a full-time Realtor, a breast cancer survivor and I am trying to be the best wife I can. Some days I struggle and some days I thrive, I am in a constant battle to find the middle of the two.
I started this blog more as a release for me. Somewhere to share my thoughts and feelings without driving my husband crazy. My thoughts are very random and I might be a little difficult at times but that is who I am. Life has changed for me in the last couple years and so have my feeling and opinions. I enjoy having this blog to update family on my little girls and my day-to-day adventures in the real estate world. My goal with this blog is to enlighten everyone with a little humor on everyday life. I’m just here to try something new.
My family is the best and I will write about them a lot. Both good and bad I suppose. I will make fun of them but usually just make fun of myself. If my parents or siblings had a blog I am sure there would be some crazy and embarrassing stories about me. Lucky for you, I am not afraid to tell them myself.

I remember those wonderful years of babies. My girl baby is now 17! How time flies. I did it alone as a single mother. My hubby walked out on us when she was 1.5 years old. I yet have to write my single motherhood book. I will be your buddy and if you have any questions or complaints about this stage of the game: I will be here. Join a mommy group if you can find one. I had to go to church bible studies where they had free babycare. It was so nice. Jackie 🙂 from the (forums)
